If product defects were discovered after delivery, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. A mandatory condition for return or replacement is the absence of damage, the presence of original packaging, accompanying documents, and receipt. All return actions are conducted in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law".

    Factory-manufactured goods are subject to a warranty period specified on the manufacturer's packaging. Be sure to keep the receipt and packaging of the product!
