After receiving it by mail, you agree that the product arrived complete, in factory packaging, and fully functional. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can decline it upon receipt at the post office.

    You can decline the delivered goods if they do not correspond to the item number you ordered, do not work, or are damaged. The product can also be returned to the courier at the time of delivery, or you have the right to refuse it at the post office branch.

    If the product return occurs without valid reasons, the shipping cost is paid by you. If product defects were discovered after delivery, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. To do this, you need to contact the online store by phone at: +38095-80-62-486 and agree on the day and time of return with the manager. A mandatory condition for return or replacement is the absence of damage, the presence of original packaging, accompanying documents, and receipt. All return actions are conducted in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law".

    Factory-manufactured goods are subject to a warranty period specified on the manufacturer's packaging. Be sure to keep the receipt and packaging of the product!
